Cancellation Policy

 You must reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the start of your appointment window. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment only through your confirmation email or by contacting tokyonails.helpdesk@gmail.com - we do not accept appointment changes or cancellations on the day of service, over the phone, or via text/DM.

  • If you cancel within 12 hours of the start of your appointment, you will be charged a fee for half of the price of your booked service.

  • If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment or do not show up you will be charged the full cost of the service booked.

Cancellation fees are non-transferable. If you reschedule within less than 12 hours or miss your appointment the fee charged covers the cost of your Artist’s time and as a result cannot be applied to future/rescheduled appointments.

 By entering your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to accept any cancellation or no-show fees

Health & Safety Regulations

To ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients, please note the following: 

  • All Tokyo Nails staff have been vaccinated

  • If you are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms including but not limited to fever, cough, or respiratory issues, you must reschedule your appointment. You will be charged the full amount of the service, in order to receive credit for your next appointment you will need to provide proof of a positive COVID-19 test to tokyonails.helpdesk@gmail.com within 5 days of your missed appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you once you have quarantined and are feeling better. If you arrive at your appointment exhibiting any signs of illness, you will be asked to leave and reschedule.

  • Social distancing will be maintained and encouraged upon entry and throughout the duration of your service.

  • To reduce overall head count at this time, we ask that if you are bringing an additional guest, it is limited to one person.

  • Face masks or proper face covering are required to enter the salon; both your mouth and nose must be covered at all times

  • All clients will be required to wash their hands before the start of their appointment and your temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer.

  • Each station will have hand sanitizer readily available for use.

  • All surfaces from entry points to workstations are disinfected in between each client.

  • Contactless payment is available during checkout.

Failure to follow our health and safety protocols will result in our right to refuse service without refund.
