Appointment Etiquette

• A valid credit/debit card is required to hold your appointment - you will be charged at the time of your service.

  • Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Apple Pay, Square, Zelle, or Cash.

  • Tip is not included in the price of your service; we recommend a minimum 15% gratuity for your Nail Artist - 100% of your tip goes to the Artist regardless of payment method.

• Please arrive promptly for your service - we recommend 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment window.

  • Please plan ahead for parking/traffic, due to tight scheduling if a client arrives more than 10-15 minutes after their scheduled start time, we may not be able to serve them. Be aware this is a high-construction area and parking can often be difficult depending on the time of day, please be mindful of this when making your travel arrangements.

Please read our Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy carefully before booking. Should the terms of service not be met we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
